Led Zeppelin, like the Beatles before them, will forever be a cornucopia of delights for the new listener. The lack of inventiveness of new music assures their place on their pedestal for all time.
My son, for example, last year, at 14, called me up, “Dad! I just heard this AMAZING song, its called Strawberry Fields Forever! I smiled, and felt just a little jealous of the feeling he was getting, and all the musical discoveries ahead of him.
